Collaborate with your team by inviting members and assigning roles.

Roles

Owner

  • Full access to all features
  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Delete organization
  • Cannot be removed (only transferred)

Admin

  • Manage servers and agents
  • Create and run schedules
  • View and remediate CVEs
  • Invite and manage team members
  • Cannot access billing

Viewer

  • Read-only access to dashboard
  • View servers, patches, CVEs
  • View schedules and reports
  • Cannot make changes

Inviting Members

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email address
  4. Select role (Admin or Viewer)
  5. Click Send Invitation

The invitee receives an email with a link to join.

Managing Members

Change Role

  1. Find member in team list
  2. Click role dropdown
  3. Select new role

Remove Member

  1. Find member in team list
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm removal

Pending Invitations

View and manage pending invites:

  • See invited email and role
  • Resend invitation
  • Cancel invitation

Transferring Ownership

To transfer organization ownership:

  1. Contact support with:
    • Current owner email
    • New owner email
    • Organization name
  2. Support will verify and process the transfer
